This is a print of my original watercolor painting that I hand painted in 2020. All prints are gallery quality Giclée prints on pure white, ultra smooth, 100% cotton rag, acid and lignin free archival paper using archival inks and are individually signed.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The first thing you should do is contact me for more information!
For domestic orders, they will be considered lost after 20 days from the shipping date.
For international orders, they will be considered lost after 40 days from the shipping date.
After this time, if you still do not have your order please contact me to open a claim with Etsy and fill out the necessary forms.
Claims are usually processed within a few days of form completion.
Once the claim has been completed I will send your replacement prints immediately, or if you choose you will receive a prompt refund.
If your items are delivered damaged in any way, please send me a message immediately!
Your message should include multiple (three or more) high quality images of the damage on the prints and the packaging from multiple angles.
You also may be required to complete a form confirming the damage, included in a claim with Etsy.
After I receive the images and/or the claim form is completed, I will promptly send your replacement prints!
